HIRING: Instagram VA – STRICTLY FOR SERIOUS, CONSISTENT APPLICANTS ONLY

We are looking for a highly consistent, organized, and professional Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to manage multiple Instagram accounts. If you are not serious, do not apply.

This is a part-time position, but it can quickly become full-time based on performance. We only want dedicated individuals who are willing to prove they can be reliable every single day.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Creating & managing Instagram accounts
? Warming up account feeds (must provide proof of compliance)
? Posting on multiple Instagram accounts daily (30-50+, potentially more)
? Recording all data in spreadsheets – NO ERRORS, NO DELAYS
? Posting in the morning (Philippines Time: 6 AM – 10 AM). NO EXCEPTIONS.

REQUIREMENTS:
>>> Experience with Instagram is a MUST – You will be tested on your knowledge.
>>>You MUST be disciplined, detail-oriented, and reliable.
>>> Must own a personal phone for the first month – iPhone 11 or above is preferred, or a high-performance Android.
>>>You will be monitored using tracking tools.

COMPENSATION & EVALUATION:
>>>This job will initially take 2-3 hours per day, depending on your phone’s performance and your posting speed.
>>> $6 per day – ONLY if all posts are completed on time and as instructed.
>>> If you post late or fail to post, you WILL NOT be paid for that day.
>>> First 2 weeks are a trial period – performance will be monitored.
>>> This is NOT a full-time position initially, but high performers will have the opportunity to go full-time and grow within the team.
>>> Failure to follow posting times, tasks, or accuracy requirements = immediate disqualification.
