HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS (REMOTE, FULL TIME)

Nebula is a fast-growing AI marketplace startup connecting AI software providers with businesses and consumers. Our platform helps AI tools reach users through a streamlined discovery and monetization model. Partnerships are at the core of Nebula’s growth, and we are looking for a Head of Partnerships to manage and expand our referral-based partner ecosystem.

This role involves managing referral links, refining pricing strategies, and securing high-value partnerships with AI tool providers and influencers. This is a high-impact role where you will be working directly with the founder and shaping the company's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and optimize the AI tool and influencer referral system.
- Learn and master our referral link tracking system, working closely with our technical team.
- Work with AI tool providers to integrate referral tracking mechanisms, whether they have an existing system or not.
- Monitor and improve performance by making data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and refine commission structures for AI tool referrals.
- Help set up and improve user referral incentives (e.g., "invite 5 friends, get a $5 gift card").
- Create a pricing strategy for influencer partnerships, including commission structures and flat fees.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with AI tool providers to bring them onto Nebula.
- Onboard and manage influencers, including both paid and organic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AI startups and influencers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact between Nebula, AI tool providers, influencers, and the internal team.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to referral tracking and partnership management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in partnership development, affiliate marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems quickly.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to refine pricing and monetization models.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple partnerships at once.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a startup environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Must be available to work in EST time zone.

SALARY:
- $6 per hour, 20-30 hours per week.
- Potential equity of 2-10%, depending on experience and performance.
