Guest Support Specialist - STR

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Guest Support Specialist to help support our growing Short-Term Rental Management Business. Our company is committed to providing a 5-star hospitality experience for guests, while maintaining and caring for each property as our own.
Responsibilities:
? Handle guest inquiries, bookings and real-time guest support via email and messaging Apps
? Assist guests with creating or modifying reservations in Escapia.
? Address guest complaints and offer reasonable solutions to improve satisfaction.
? Schedule maintenance tasks related to guest or internal reported issues in Breezeway and escalate as needed.

Qualifications:
? Experience with Escapia, Breezeway and other STR software is a MUST
? Excellent Written & Spoken English
? 3+ years in STR Property Management
? Fast & reliable internet connection
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment using multiple communication platforms.
? Have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Schedule & Compensation:

? Full-Time (40-50 hours/week), flexible
