YourStays is a superb short-stay accommodation provider based in Midlands in the UK.

What are we looking for?
We are expanding our guest care team, and are looking for highly motivated and intelligent new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who will enjoy providing the highest level of guest care support to our valued guests. You will want to ensure that each and every guest has a stay to remember, by building a personal relationship with each guest who books to stay with us.

The perfect candidate will:
- Be highly motivated and driven to provide the best customer service and accommodation experience for our guests
- Be able to think on their feet under a lot of pressure, and maintain a friendly an happy demeanour
- Have excellent written British English (not Americanised) and an easy fluent speaking style which is easy to understand
- Be happy to work antisocial hours
- Enjoy variety in your work
- Have exceptional command of up to date modern IT systems and apps and be comfortable working between the on multiple devices simultaneously
- Be exceptionally punctual and meets deadlines without fail
- Recognise exactly how to prioritise tasks to maximise customer experience and efficiency in the role
- Be open, honest and forthright with no tendency to 'keep things quiet'
- Understand the value in teamwork and always seek support early, but not become reliant on senior authorisation
- Approach everything with a problem focussed mentality
