We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Growth and Partnership Manager to join our fitness app brand. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach, building strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through joint ventures. You’ll lead efforts to create lasting relationships with fitness-related brands, gyms, wellness influencers, and other key partners, ensuring long-term success for our fitness app.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the app’s presence within the fitness and wellness industry, driving user growth and app adoption.
Partnership Management:
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with gyms, fitness influencers, wellness brands, and other key stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Joint Ventures:Negotiate and oversee joint venture agreements that align with the company’s goals and create opportunities for collaborative growth within the fitness space.
Strategic Planning:
Work with the leadership team to define and execute growth strategies, focusing on expanding brand awareness and increasing user engagement for the fitness app.
Market Analysis:
Monitor fitness industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth and partnership development.
Lead Generation & Networking:
Build a strong network of fitness industry contacts and leverage this network to identify potential partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, growth management, or partnerships, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of the fitness app market and trends.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Experience building joint ventures and managing partnerships to drive business growth.
Ability to think strategically and implement action plans to achieve measurable results.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Must be available to work in the EST timezone.
