We’re on the hunt for a Growth Specialist who lives and breathes ecommerce, knows the backend of Meta and Google like the back of their hand, and thrives on turning data into revenue.

What You’ll Be Owning:

Meta Ads: Strategising, building, and optimising high-performing paid social campaigns with clear ROAS goals.

Google Ads: Running and scaling search, shopping, and YouTube campaigns with a conversion-first mindset.

CRO: Auditing and recommending changes to improve onsite performance – landing pages, funnel flows, and upsells.

Reporting: Pulling insights, identifying trends, and communicating wins + opportunities clearly to clients and our team.

Strategy: Supporting growth plans across ecommerce clients with a sharp focus on scaling revenue and increasing LTV.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years experience in a performance marketing role, ideally agency-side.

Proven results across Meta and Google ad accounts (we’ll ask!).

Strong understanding of ecommerce – from customer journeys to AOV/LTV metrics and conversion bottlenecks.

Confident with data and tools like GA4, Shopify, and reporting platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Looker, or similar).

A strategic thinker who loves testing, optimising, and scaling.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (bonus points if you’re good with Upgrade to see actual infos).
