We are looking for a growth marketer to work hand-in-hand with the founder to promote and grow a SaaS product. Your goal will be to run the marketing operations, managing new ways to find customers, handling affiliates, and discovering new affiliates. You will be a growth marketer overall, promoting growth in every single way, not only through pure marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new customer acquisition channels.
- Manage and grow our affiliate program.
- Identify and develop new product features in collaboration with the founder and the development team.
- Enhance our organic search presence through effective SEO strategies.
- Continuously explore new growth opportunities for the company.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition.
- Ability to manage and expand affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of SEO and organic search strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to grow alongside a software company.

Compensation:
- Hourly rate.
- Performance-based compensation that increases with company growth.
