Graphic & Web Designer

Responsibilities
Design funnels, landing pages, websites, and YouTube thumbnails for high conversion.
Create marketing graphics and branded assets for web and social media.
Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) to integrate designs into funnels and automation.
Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
Optimize and refine existing designs based on feedback.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements
Proven design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
Experience in GHL or other CRM/funnel-building platforms.
Experience in WordPress.
Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles.
Basic HTML & CSS skills (a plus).
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

Bonus Skills
Experience with AI tools and automation.
Familiarity with A/B testing for design performance.
