We are a U.S.-based e-commerce aggregator managing a diverse portfolio of brands on Shopify. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers. We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to enhance our email marketing and advertising efforts.

Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and email teams to create compelling visuals for email campaigns and advertisements. Your designs will play a crucial role in engaging our audience and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Design: Develop visually appealing graphics for email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Advertising Materials: Create engaging visuals for various advertising platforms, including social media ads, display ads, and other digital marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and effective marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and marketing channels.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in email marketing and digital advertising.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, especially related to email campaigns and advertisements.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Availability: Ability to work during U.S. business hours (PDT) and participate in weekly team meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• E-Commerce Experience: Experience working with e-commerce brands and understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze design performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates.
