Graphic Designer for 7-figure Ecom Brand

To strengthen our brand identity and accelerate our growth within the e-commerce market, we are looking for an experienced and specialized Graphic Designer who can create high-quality photo ads with a focus on conversion and performance marketing.

Role
As a Graphic Designer Specialist, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and conversion-oriented photo ads that bring our jewelry to life. You understand the importance of visual storytelling in the world of e-commerce and have a proven ability to create designs that deliver results.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop premium photo ads for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to translate visual concepts into effective photo ads.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and branding within all designs.
- Creatively leverage data and trends to optimize and improve visuals.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends in graphic design and e-commerce marketing.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Experience designing ads for 7-figure e-commerce brands is required.
- Excellent command of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant design software.
- Expertise in creating conversion-oriented designs with a focus on performance marketing.
- A keen eye for detail and a good sense of branding and visual storytelling.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
