Graphic Designer and Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and organized Graphic Designer / Virtual Assistant who will play a key role in developing visual content and supporting various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to assist in multiple areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

Design and create engaging graphics and images for social media platforms, particularly for Instagram carousel posts.
Develop visuals and images to accompany blog posts on our website.
Create audio social media assets by pairing podcast audio clips with dynamic designs and videos.
Edit video clips for promotional use on social media and our website.
Podcast Editing:

Edit and produce audio content for our podcast, ensuring high-quality sound and smooth transitions.
Create short video clips from podcast episodes for social media sharing.
Virtual Assistant Duties:

Assist in various administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry, document preparation, and other copy-and-paste jobs.
Provide backup support to our customer service team by addressing basic customer service inquiries and issues.
Cross-Training in Customer Service:

Handle customer service tasks on a daily basis, providing exceptional support and assistance, though not as a primary role.
Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design and content creation, particularly for social media.
Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Experience with audio and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram and Facebook.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with customer service practices is a plus.
Work Hours:

Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
