Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to create compelling visual assets and manage our social media and marketing channels. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. You will play a key role in ensuring our content stands out while adhering to our established brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design related work
Create visual assets for marketing channels, such as YouTube thumbnails, blog post images, social media posts, edited event photos, and sales decks.
Use your creativity and strong understanding of design principles to produce visuals that enhance our content (e.g., thumbnails that attract viewers, visuals that complement blog posts).
Follow our existing design system and templates to maintain brand consistency.
Social media management
Oversee all social media platforms, ensuring timely publication and proper formatting of content.
Plan and manage the content calendar to align with marketing strategies.
Publish content across platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, our newsletter (via beehiiv), and our blog, based on the content calendar.
Write simple, engaging copy to accompany content, rare but when necessary.
Required Skills
Graphic design (photoshop, illustrator) with a strong understanding of design principles.
Social media management, including planning and publishing content.
Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
