Job Description: As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in conceptualizing and creating eye-catching t-shirt designs. You'll work closely with our content and marketing teams to develop graphics that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Create original and trendy t-shirt designs that cater to various themes and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and project goals.
Develop design concepts and mockups for review and approval.
Ensure designs are print-ready, including proper file formats and resolutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fashion trends, and competitors' products to inspire new designs.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing designs and processes.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and versatility.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to translate design briefs into compelling visual content.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Printful, Printify) and their design specifications.
Knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques.
Familiarity with social media design and digital marketing.
