???? Graphic Designer (Performance Creative) — Remote / Full-Time
We’re Creatably. We make funny ads that sell like crazy — and we’re building a new kind of performance team to scale them. Our clients are some of the most exciting DTC and eCom brands around, and now we’re looking for a world-class graphic designer to join us.

This role is for you if:

> You live and breathe design, but you also care about performance.

> You’ve designed static image ads, emails, landing pages, and banners that actually convert.

> You know what a good offer looks like. You understand visual hierarchy. You can design fast, clean, and on-brand — and you don’t cry when someone asks for 12 more versions.

What you’ll be doing:

> Designing scroll-stopping static ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok

> Creating email graphics and responsive layouts (mobile-first mindset)

> Helping with landing page hero designs, mockups, and light UI

> Jumping in on banners, carousels, thumbnails, and random-but-fun creative projects

> Collaborating with media buyers, growth strategists, and our creative team

Requirements:

> Strong portfolio of performance-focused design work (Meta ads, email, landing pages, etc.)

> Fluency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (yes, we use it sometimes too)

> Comfort working in EST or PST time zones

> Clear communication, fast turnarounds, and ability to take feedback like a pro

Bonus points for:

> Experience working in an agency setting or with multiple clients

> Familiarity with DTC brands, eCommerce, or the wild world of Meta Ads

> Love of comedy, Upgrade to see actual infos, and clever design

This is a remote, full-time position with a global team and fast-growing performance department. If you're obsessed with clean design and making things convert — we’d love to meet you.
