Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented and trend-savvy Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create standout merchandise for our B2B clients. This role requires someone who lives and breathes design, stays up to date on current graphic and cultural trends, and has a passion for creating designs that people can’t wait to wear or use. You will work closely with our clients and internal team to conceptualize, design, and deliver eye-catching merch that makes an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop unique, creative, and on-trend designs for a variety of merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and promotional products.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, audience, and goals, translating them into visually compelling designs.
Stay up to date on current design trends, pop culture, and the latest in fashion and merchandising to ensure relevance in all designs.
Work closely with our production team to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing and meet quality standards.
Create mockups and presentations to showcase design concepts to clients.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:

A strong portfolio showcasing relevant and trending design work, particularly in merch, fashion, or promotional products.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
A keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Experience designing for screen printing, embroidery, or other manufacturing processes is a plus.
Passion for creativity and an understanding of what makes designs "cool" and culturally relevant.
