Graphic Designer – Google Ads, Meta Ads & Email Marketing

Boat Trips Club is a leading booking platform for boat tours in Punta Cana. We specialize in providing unique and unforgettable experiences by connecting travelers with the best boat charters. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
Design high-quality ad creatives for Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create visually appealing graphics for email marketing campaigns
Develop engaging visuals that align with our brand to increase click-through rates (CTR) & conversions
Edit and enhance images to showcase the beauty of our boat trips
Work with the marketing team to ensure designs align with our advertising strategy
Optimize creatives for different ad formats (carousel, video thumbnails, banners, etc.)
Keep up with industry trends to create ads that perform well in travel marketing
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in digital advertising)
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (or similar tools)
Experience creating Google Display Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads
Strong understanding of advertising design principles (color psychology, typography, composition, etc.)
Ability to optimize graphics for different ad sizes and placements
Experience with email marketing graphics (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus
Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Work Schedule & Salary:
Full-time position (Fixed monthly salary)
Work is tracked via login/logout system on the computer
Must be available to work during agreed hours
