Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Hours per week: Hiring for both full time or part time. As few as 10-15 hours per week or as many as 40 hours per week.

OG1 Group is seeking a creative, skilled, and highly motivated Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sports uniform and apparel design, with proficiency in creating 3D drawings, scaling, and real-life renders. This role also requires experience in video production, social media content creation, and podcast editing to support our growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:

Design and develop custom sports uniforms, apparel, baseball gloves, tents, banners, flags, backdrops, and other related products.
Create 3D logos, realistic renders, and scaled designs for customer approval and production.
Deliver visually appealing social media graphics, website images, and marketing materials.
Ensure designs align with customer specifications, brand standards, and industry trends.
Review work for accuracy and provide revisions as needed.
Content Creation:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of products for marketing purposes.
Produce engaging reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content to boost social media presence.
Collaborate on innovative ways to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Podcast Production:

Edit raw audio and video files into professional podcast episodes.
Enhance audio quality, sync audio and video, and add effects, transitions, and branding elements.
Upload finished podcast files to relevant platforms (YouTube, Spotify, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in sports graphic design, particularly with uniforms, logos, and product renders.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
Advanced knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Blender, SketchUp) for rendering and scaling.
Proven experience in video production and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
Strong understanding of social media trends, video editing for viral content, and platform-specific requirements.
Experience with podcast editing and production (audio and video).
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Philippines-based with fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with sports branding and design trends.
Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
A portfolio showcasing 3D design, sports graphics, and content creation work.
