Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and effective designs across various digital channels. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create eye-catching ads, engaging social media posts, modern website layouts, and high-converting landing pages. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of the aesthetic industry, and is proficient in Canva. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design compelling graphics for ads, social media, websites, and landing pages.
Develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
Create graphics for digital campaigns, including paid ads, organic social posts, email marketing, and website visuals.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Stay updated on design trends, especially in the aesthetic and beauty industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the aesthetic or beauty industry.
Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including ads, social media content, and web design.
Ability to translate brand voice and messaging into visually appealing graphics.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
