JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing outdoor apparel brand dedicated to helping people enjoy more time outdoors with high-quality gear designed to withstand the elements. Our products cater to fishing and hunting enthusiasts and are sold on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and through direct partnerships with guides and influencers. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help drive visual impact across social media and e-commerce channels.
Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Advertising:

Design engaging, high-converting graphics for Facebook and Instagram ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals.
Create eye-catching visuals that reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to our target audience.
Develop ad variations for A/B testing and ensure consistency across campaigns.

Amazon & E-commerce Support:

Work directly with our Amazon Product Listing Specialist to create high-quality graphics for product listings.
Design product images, infographics, and enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to boost conversions and comply with Amazon’s guidelines.
Edit and optimize images to meet platform-specific requirements.

General Design Support:

Assist with additional marketing materials such as website banners, email graphics, and promotional assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Manage and organize design files for easy access by the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on e-commerce and social media advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience designing for Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon platforms.
Ability to create both static and animated content (GIFs or basic motion graphics are a plus).
Familiarity with Amazon image requirements and best practices for e-commerce imagery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with outdoor, lifestyle, or apparel brands.
Basic video editing skills for creating short-form content.
Familiarity with A/B testing creative for ad campaigns.
