ROLE:
We are looking for a graphic design ROCKSTAR, who is driven, detail-oriented, proactive, highly responsive, and thinks on their feet. We do not micromanage, so we need someone who is independent and reliable.

We are a marketing company that works with English speakers and already have a team of high-performing individuals from the Philippines. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Creating T-shirt designs.
- Creating infographics.
- Creating promotional images.
- Creating assets for social media posts.
- Creating various marketing collaterals.
- Meeting deadlines to deliver projects.
- Interfacing with our management and design team.
- Updating designs based on our feedback/comments.

Applicants should be well versed in using Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator and have used Google Drive previously. We'll ask you what your favorite dog breed is, answer chowchow in your application so we know you've read the full job posting.

We will start with relatively limited hours (10-20hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.

Communication Expectations:
- We use Slack as our primary communication tool.
- We value speed in communication (be prompt and thorough when responding)
- We value over-communication (the more context the better)

- Regular ad-hoc meetings as needed
- We use T-Metric to track our time for our weekly pay, not to micromanage
