We need a creative strategist, a visual storyteller, a design assassin—someone with a sharp eye, fast hands, and a relentless passion for creating bold, beautiful work that turns heads and gets results.

???? Your Role:
You’ll be the visual backbone of brand identities and marketing campaigns across a wide range of clients and industries. You'll concept, design, and deliver graphics that blend form and function—and you’ll do it with style, speed, and surgical-level precision.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
• Creating high-impact designs across digital and print (logos, social graphics, marketing collateral, websites, brand decks, etc.)
• Collaborating with our branding and strategy team to develop unique visual identities from scratch
• Maintaining visual consistency across all assets while staying agile enough to create for different brand voices
• Delivering files with clean layers, proper organization, and production-ready formatting—we’re talking pro-level presentation and execution
• Working in fast-paced timelines without sacrificing detail, depth, or originality
• Evolving designs based on data, feedback, and results—not just opinion

???? You Are:
• A true creative technician: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma—these are extensions of your brain
• A conceptual thinker who can translate strategy into design
• Insanely detail-oriented—your kerning is tight, your grids are clean, and your exports are flawless
• Comfortable with feedback and collaboration, but confident enough to push back when the work demands it
• Obsessed with staying sharp—you’re always learning, always leveling up
• Flexible AF—you can work across industries, vibes, and platforms without losing your edge

???? Tools of the Trade:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma / Sketch
• Canva (only when appropriate)
• Google Workspace + Slack for communication and delivery
