Graphic Designer

Role Overview:
We're looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to primarily focus on creating impactful marketing visuals. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely across marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation. While marketing graphics are your main responsibility, you'll occasionally assist with UI/UX and product-related design tasks.

What You'll Do:
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, newsletters, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design professional documents and templates (pitch decks, infographics, whitepapers, reports).
- Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to support various creative projects.
- Occasionally support UI/UX and product design efforts to enhance overall user experience.
- Maintain and evolve brand assets and style guidelines for consistency across all platforms.
- Develop visuals for product launches, announcements, events, and promotions.

Who You Are:
- At least 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally within tech, startup, or Web3 environments.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva.
- A strong portfolio showcasing effective marketing visuals and versatile design skills.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have:
- Familiarity or interest in UI/UX design, including experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of responsive design and user experience principles
- Interest or experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry
