Graphic Designer

We are a dynamic corporate and B2B video production company specializing in B2B video content - podcast, explainers, testimonials, shortform content, ... Our projects span various industries, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, engaging visuals that effectively communicate our clients' messages.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a passion for creating visually appealing content that enhances our video productions and overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and visually cohesive slide decks for corporate presentations.
- Create eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos to drive viewer engagement.
- Develop static visuals for video branding and motion graphics (design only; animation is done by another teaUpgrade to see actual infomber).
- Craft informative and aesthetically pleasing infographics and other visuals for social media platforms.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and other design tools.
- Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media and video content.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills (English) and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with video production processes and the role of graphic design in enhancing video content.
- Experience with motion graphics design is a plus.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for digital media.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
- This is a part-time remote position, but might grow into a fulltime position if the amount of work grows
- Working hours are flexible but may require occasional availability during specific time zones to collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
