RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative design concepts aligned with company and client goals.
* Graphic & Web Design: Create visually compelling designs for digital, print, and web platforms.
* Presentation of Work: Present design drafts and concepts to clients for feedback and refinement.
* Branding & Identity: Develop branding assets, marketing collateral, and print materials while maintaining brand consistency.
* Web Design Implementation: Design website layouts and assets; experience with Elementor Pro is a plus.
* Design for Print: Prepare high-quality print designs, including brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials.
* Editable Design Documents: Deliver editable design files as needed for future modifications.
* Client Brief Interpretation: Understand and execute design projects based on client requirements, ensuring high-quality output.
* Client Collaboration & Growth: Work towards a client-facing role, handling meetings and project discussions.
* Revisions & Improvements: Adapt designs based on client and team feedback, ensuring final outputs meet expectations.
* Market Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends and incorporate fresh, contemporary elements into projects.
* Project Coordination: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines efficiently.
* Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet high standards before final delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Elementor Pro is a plus.
* Creativity & Innovation: Ability to generate original, engaging, and on-brand design concepts.
* Detail-Oriented Approach: Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, polished designs.
* Independent Thinking: Ability to take initiative and solve design challenges with minimal supervision.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
* Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and project needs.
* Remote Work Readiness: Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote setting.
