Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with 3+ years of graphic design, e-commerce and digital marketing experience. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop, implement and execute on key projects and tasks. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our Marketing team to develop and design marketing collateral, site/email content, and other visual materials that effectively communicate our brand message to our customers around the world. Job Requirements and Tasks:
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and optimization of production listings, both new products on the existing platforms and new/existing products on platforms including back-end and front-end work
• Monitors and manages the website through Shopify – updates graphics, writes content, creates landing pages, promotions etc.
• Enhance product detail pages with enriched content and current imagery.
• Partner on DTC product launches and platform launches of new marketplace onboarding.
• Work with marketing to develop and execute advertising strategies on various platforms.
• Work collaboratively with DC and merchandising to maximize inventory performance.
• Work with the creative team to obtain and align to marketing calendars, and business brief and upload content.

Key Skills / Experience:
• Education in Graphic Design or related fields.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce/digital business.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and experience with Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
• Experience in digital media operations and publishing on platforms Shopify, Amazon, Klayvio, Hoot Suite (or similar) and Google Ads
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative and innovative design concepts and execution across different mediums.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, & produce high-quality work.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills alongside ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.

You are:
• Comfortable with technology. You are computer savvy and both able and willing to learn new software tools or programs as we adopt them.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
• Able to work between 9 am to 5 pm (EST) Toronto time with some open availability of overtime.
Other Information/requirements:
Wage: $900 to 1000 USD per month, must have an active Payoneer Account to receive the payment.
Start Date: ASAP
Must have daily access to high-speed internet access, computer/laptop, headphones/microphones, and quiet working space for office meetings.
Must have Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Klayvio, and MS Office installed on your computer.
