Position: Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who has a deep understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail. This isn’t a position for someone focused solely on flashy, attention-grabbing content. We want someone who creates beautiful, balanced, and thoughtful designs that resonate with the audience. If you understand composition, color theory, typography, and can blend creativity with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design a wide range of materials including print and digital graphics, such as brochures, posters, social media visuals, and presentations.
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and reflect a cohesive identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Create engaging graphics that are visually appealing but also meaningful and intentional.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work (not just YouTube thumbnails).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or equivalent tools.
- Excellent understanding of composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
