Graphic Animator and Motion Designer

A Graphic Animator and Motion Designer is needed to create animations and motion graphics that enhance brand narratives and visual storytelling across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality animations and motion graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and video content.
- Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts and communicate
ideas.
- Ensure animations align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Edit video content with advanced motion graphics, transitions, titles, and other
enhancements.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to meet project goals.
- Create and animate custom illustrations, icons, typography, and graphical elements.
- Optimize animations and assets for performance and responsiveness across platforms.
- Research and adopt new trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and video production.

Qualifications:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
and motion design tools.
- Advanced skills in 2D and 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya,
Houdini).
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, kinetic typography, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for animation workflows (e.g., Expressions in
After Effects, Python).
- Experience in video editing and post-production workflows, including color grading and compositing.
- Knowledge of rendering pipelines and optimization for web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with UI/UX animation and micro-interactions.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and animation projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real-time animation engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Familiarity with video encoding, formats, and compression techniques.
- Expertise in collaborative tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Frame.io).
- Understanding of SEO principles for video content optimization.
