Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.
Manage
Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.
Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.
Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.
Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.
Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
Leadership or management experience is desirable.
Internet Requirements:
DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps.
