???? Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Google Sheets & Data Automation Specialist to assist in developing spreadsheet-driven forecasting, demand planning, inventory tracking, and financial analysis tools for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google Sheets, Make.com (formerly Integromat), API integrations, and e-commerce data analysis (Shopify, Stripe, etc.).

You will work on a case-by-case basis to build tools that help us make data-driven decisions regarding inventory, financials, fulfillment, and customer analytics.

???? Key Responsibilities:
? Google Sheets Development: Design automated dashboards for business insights
? Shopify & Make.com Automation: Sync Shopify data to Google Sheets using Make.com
? Demand Forecasting: Build SKU-specific demand forecasting models
? Inventory & Supply Chain Tracking: Automate stock tracking for both raw materials & finished goods
? Financial & Profitability Analysis: Track fixed/variable costs, discounts, shipping profitability, and payment gateway performance
? Customer Insights & Demographics: Analyze order trends, geographic sales, and repeat customers
? Error Handling & Troubleshooting: Identify and correct data discrepancies

???? Requirements & Qualifications:
?? Expert in Google Sheets / Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, scripting)
?? Experience with Shopify API, Make.com, and Zapier
?? Ability to automate data imports and reports
?? Strong understanding of demand forecasting & financial modeling
?? Experience working with inventory tracking and supplier forecasting
?? Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, Google Apps Script, or Python for automation

???? Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience working with Shopify stores, e-commerce brands, or inventory-based businesses
? Understanding of fulfillment strategies & ad targeting
? Familiarity with geographic & demographic analytics
