Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google PPC & SEM Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and data-driven performance analysis to maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance.
Optimise campaign structures, bid strategies, and ad copy to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
Develop A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and extensions.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads reports, and other tracking tools.
Manage budget allocations efficiently to achieve maximum ROI and minimize CPA.
Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies to enhance engagement.
Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Google PPC, SEM, or paid search marketing.
Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Google Ads scripts, automation, and bid management tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, and other SEM tools.
Familiarity with landing page optimisation and CRO strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and improve performance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Google Ads Certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with e-commerce PPC campaigns (Google Shopping, Performance Max).
Knowledge of SEO principles to complement SEM strategies.
Familiarity with social media advertising
Proficiency in using third-party PPC management tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu.
