About Us:

AVNerds is a premium provider of home cinema design, audio-visual installations, and smart home solutions. As our business expands, we’re seeking a talented Online Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote role, perfect for candidates based in the Philippines who are experts in digital marketing strategies and eager to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
• Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Latest Google Ads certifications are required.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and brand visibility. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager is a must.
• Sales Funnels: Design, build, and optimize effective marketing funnels and landing pages in collaboration with an in-house web developer, using tools like ClickFunnels or similar platforms to convert leads into paying customers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• SEO & Content Strategy: Assist in SEO efforts and collaborate on content creation to enhance organic reach.
• Administrative & Bookkeeping Support: Manage and streamline administrative tasks and bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition strategies to support the overall marketing plan.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house team to align marketing strategies with our overall business goals.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing with proven expertise in Google Ads, social media marketing, funnel building, and other related areas.
• Certifications: Google Ads (latest certifications required) and Meta certifications are a must.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in:
• Google Ads
Facebook Ads Manager
• ClickFunnels (or similar funnel builders)
• QuickBooks (for administrative and bookkeeping tasks)
• Social media analytics tools
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Availability: Full-time role with flexible hours, but must be available for regular meetings and communication with our Sydney-based team.
