JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Advertising & Tracking Specialist
Seeking a person to troubleshoot and optimize revenue ($) tracking across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Primary focus is resolving revenue mismatches between ad platforms and e-commerce sites using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Facebook Ads (Pixels and Conversions API).

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot problem when Google or Facebook Ads are not showing revenue from website sales, or the revenue is showing a wrong number.
Install tracking tags (Google Tags, Facebook Pixels) to ensure accurate cart and transaction tracking on platforms such as Shopify.
Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS and ensure correct revenue attribution in GA4.

Two Example of the Work you would be doing:
1. We have website showing $500 in sales but the Google Campaign or Facebook Campaign is showing $0. In this example you would review the setup for tracking, both on those platforms and on the website.
2. We have website showing $500 in sales but the Google Campaign or Facebook Campaign is showing $800. This might be the same fix as example 1, or could be something different. It is your job to find out and fix it.

Qualifications:

Background in GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Pixels.
Experience with Shopify, sometimes WordPress or Squarespace (but not required)
Moderate English, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
