We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Google Ads Specialist from the Philippines to join our team and manage our clients' campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various industries.
Conduct keyword research and develop effective strategies to target the right audience.
Monitor and adjust bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Performance Analysis:

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Ad Copy and Creative Optimization:

Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that align with client goals.
Test different ad variations to determine the most effective messaging and visuals.
Budget Management:

Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring that spend is allocated to maximize results.
Track and report on budget usage, making adjustments as needed to stay within client budgets.
Client Communication:

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable Google Ads strategies.
Provide regular updates and insights to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in all communications.
Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
Continuously improve skills and knowledge to deliver cutting-edge strategies and results.
Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on achieving positive ROI.
Proven experience working in a digital agency environment, handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated success in managing campaigns for eCommerce clients is a plus.
Certifications:

Must be Google Ads certified (current certifications required).
Google Analytics certification is a plus.
Skills:

Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform, including search, display, shopping, and video campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of SEO and how it complements Google Ads strategies is a plus.
Tools:

Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Familiarity with PPC tools and software.
