Job Overview

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and experienced in creating high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions. This role offers a flexible schedule, but requires strong communication, strategic planning, and regular performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Set-up GA4 & Tag Manager
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and other networks.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize performance.
Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates while staying within budget.
Perform regular audits and improve landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
Generate weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
Deliver monthly reports summarizing ad performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Attend bi-weekly team meetings to align strategy, discuss results, and refine campaign tactics.
Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools for data analysis.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of PPC, bid strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
