Role Overview
We’re looking for a Virtual Google Ads Specialist to join our talented team. In this role, you’ll manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns for a diverse client portfolio across various industries. You’ll use data-driven strategies and creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals while playing a key role in Buzz Digital Agency’s growth. This is a remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
As a Google Ads Specialist at Buzz Digital Agency, you’ll:

Campaign Strategy & Development
Collaborate with clients and account managers to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets that align with business goals.
Conduct comprehensive audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize ad reach and relevance.
Create actionable media plans that integrate Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns.

Campaign Management & Optimization
Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns with precision and attention to detail.
Perform ongoing keyword research and negative keyword analysis to improve performance.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation.
Ensure campaigns meet or exceed ROI, CPA, and ROAS targets through proactive performance monitoring.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Google Data Studio.
Generate detailed reports showcasing insights into metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, impressions, and cost-effectiveness.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign results and improve client satisfaction.

Client Collaboration & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing questions and providing strategic guidance.
Present campaign results in a clear, actionable format, aligning with client goals and expectations.
Collaborate with the creative, SEO, and content teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Continuous Learning & Innovation
Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, trends, and emerging technologies.
Leverage advanced tools, automation, and scripts to streamline campaign management.
Experiment with new features and beta programs to ensure clients stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).

Professional Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
Demonstrated success in achieving ROI, CPA, and ROAS targets across multiple campaigns and industries.

Certifications
Mandatory: Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, or Video).
Preferred: Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).

Technical Skills
Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Proficiency with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio and Excel (including pivot tables and advanced functions).
Familiarity with third-party tools like SEMrush, Optmyzr, or similar platforms.

Soft Skills
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
Strong communication skills to explain complex strategies and data to clients and team members.
Creativity to craft compelling ad copy and optimize ad visuals for engagement.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
