Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Google AdWords Specialist who has a proven track record of maximizing conversions and driving meaningful results within smaller advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize high-performing Google AdWords campaigns tailored to clients’ specific goals and budgets.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to identify opportunities for cost-effective targeting.
Conversion Optimization: Focus on strategies to maximize conversions and ROI, including crafting compelling ad copy, testing landing pages, and leveraging audience insights.
Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage daily budgets of $50-$150 to achieve optimal performance without overspending.
Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and ensure campaigns align with their business objectives.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience managing successful Google AdWords campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses.
Strong understanding of cost-per-click (CPC) bidding, ad quality scores, and budget optimization strategies.
Expertise in Google Ads tools, including Keyword Planner, Conversion Tracking, and Analytics.
Excellent skills in creating high-converting ad copy and designing effective A/B testing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
Google Ads certification is highly preferred.
