JOB OVERVIEW

Experience in Google Ads management, automated bidding, ML/AI, tracking, reporting and tactics for improvement.

. 3+ years of Google Ads (primary), Facebook and Remarketing. Preference to Lead Generation, not e-commerce, and proven quantitative results, e.g., 50% decrease in CPL, 25% higher conversion rates.

· Experience with A/B testing is required

· Proven experience using Facebook ads for B2C

· Experience with programmatic ad placements is beneficial or running brand campaigns.

· Strong organizational skills to effectively manage promotional deadlines, approvals, and pending tasks.

· Knowledge and appreciation of the cosmetic industry.

· Ability to create and optimize digital assets (text ads, responsive display ads and video ads) using templates.

· Proven success in driving quality B2C traffic, increasing consumer interest and growing revenue for clients.

· Balancing a portfolio of clients across multiple platforms while maintaining budget thresholds.

· Basic understanding of online medical policies, copyright and privacy laws.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Monitor KPI performance frequently to lead the necessary optimizations and account performance.

· Coach and collaborate your experience and ideas across a team of specialists.

· Develop error-free original copy with relevant imagery, videos, etc. for display media.

· Grow revenue through lead generation through the lowest cost-per-lead media.

· Generating quality leads and measuring the ROI.
