About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and data analysis to drive effective online advertising campaigns. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to achieve our marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and shopping networks.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to maximize ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
2. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track and report on KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
3. Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending.
- Adjust bids and budgets based on performance data and business objectives.
4. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and digital marketing.
5. Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Implement strategies to outperform competitors in ad positioning and performance.
6. Client Communication:
- Communicate campaign progress and performance to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.
