Remote Role | Service Industry Focus | Experience Required
Are you experienced in managing Google Ads for service-based businesses? Do you know how to optimise campaigns for conversions while keeping costs under control? If so, I’d love to hear from you!
About Me & My Business
I am a Life & Career Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Trainer, helping people gain clarity and confidence in their careers and lives. Many of my coaching clients find me through my existing Google Ads, where they book a complimentary Clarity Call.
I am also launching a training course in May for people who want to become coaches or hypnotherapists. To attract the right students, I need you to set up targeted Google Ads campaigns in Australia and New Zealand.
Your Role
I am looking for a Google Ads expert to:
• Launch a New Campaign to promote my coaching and training programme.
• Review & Improve my existing campaigns. Are there any that should be stopped or changed?
• Monitor & Optimise campaigns weekly to improve performance.
• Manage Ad Spend to get the best results within budget.
• Track & Report results in a way that is simple and useful for me.
Requirements
? At least 12 months experience managing Google Ads.
? Experience with service-based businesses (preferably coaching or training, but others considered).
? Strong understanding of Google Ads strategy, targeting, and optimisation.
? Knowledge of negative keywords and how they reduce wasted spend.
? Experience with conversion tracking & landing page optimisation.
? Good communication skills – I need clear updates on performance.
? Bonus: Experience with the Australia/NZ market.
Estimated Hours & Pay
? I estimate this role will need around 5 hours per week, but I’m open to your thoughts on what is needed to run high-performing campaigns.
