We’re seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads &
The successful candidate will work in a small, dynamic team where you can make a real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other key members to align campaigns with client goals and ensure seamless communication. (We have employees from the Philippines in the company.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
• Work closely with the content, design, and strategy teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
• Generate regular reports highlighting key performance metrics and insights
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and minimising wastage
Technical Skills Required:
• Google Ads: Proficient in setting up and experience with Google Ads Editor and advanced campaign settings
•
• Analytics and Tracking: Familiarity with GA4 for campaign performance tracking and insights and knowledge of conversion tracking setup, UTM parameters, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate-level education (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital advertising and analytics
• Experience with other advertising platforms, e.g. Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
• Knowledge of SEO principles to complement paid campaigns
• Certification in Google Ads or
• Familiarity with CRM tools and
• Experience in a marketing agency or with multi-client projects
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
• High attention to detail, ensuring accurate and high-quality work
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Task-focused attitude, with the drive to complete projects efficiently
• High level of written and spoken English
• Appreciation for interior design is a bonus
