This role is not for beginners—we need a highly experienced, data-driven strategist who can manage multiple client accounts, maximize ad spend efficiency, and deliver outstanding results across various industries.
What You’ll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)
???? Strategize & Execute: Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max) for multiple clients.
???? Optimize for ROI: Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, keywords, and ad creatives to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
???? Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to continuously refine strategies.
???? Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking to ensure accurate reporting.
???? Client Reporting & Strategy Calls: Provide clear, data-driven reports and communicate campaign performance and strategy recommendations to clients.
???? Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with Google Ads updates, automation tools, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
???? Multi-Industry Management: Work across a diverse range of clients, adapting campaigns to their unique goals and industries.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements & Must-Haves)
? 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
? Deep understanding of PPC metrics, bidding strategies, and budget optimization to drive efficiency and profitability.
? Proven experience managing ad budgets of $10K+ per month per client.
? Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup & troubleshooting.
? Strong analytical mindset—you must be able to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
? Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain performance and strategies to clients.
? Experience with remarketing & retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
? English fluency is required—all clients are U.S.-based, and clear communication is a must.
? Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
???? Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.)
???? Experience with Bing Ads,
???? CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience
???? Knowledge of Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for advanced reporting
