Google ADS specialist

We are an agency looking for a Google Ads specialist with experience in search engine marketing. The ideal candidate can manage copy, campaigns, and optimisation. Past success and experience, as well as any historical accounts, are a must.

Provide some idea of your workflow and how you would tackle a new client/new account. What questions would you ask? How would you go about creating and structuring campaigns, etc?
