Position Overview:

Deltaic Systems is seeking a mid-level Golang Developer to join our innovative and fast-growing team. This full-time, remote position is perfect for a developer who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about learning new technologies. The ideal candidate will work primarily in Australian (AU) time zones and contribute to the development and optimization of our internal systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Golang-based services to improve business workflows and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to design and implement scalable solutions.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality code.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal tools and systems used across the company.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, offering technical solutions in collaboration with other team members.
Engage in product research and promote continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Golang Developer, with a strong foundation in developing backend systems.
Proficiency with Golang frameworks and tools for building APIs and microservices.
Experience working with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus but not required.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
