JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will configure, manage, and optimize campaigns on the GoHighLevel platform. This position starts at 10 hours per week, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role as we scale. Clear and professional communication is a must; therefore, only applicants with a C1 level of English proficiency (or higher) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Set up and optimize marketing campaigns using the GoHighLevel platform
Automation & Workflow: Develop, monitor, and refine automation workflows and marketing funnels
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve campaign performance
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates and digital marketing best practices
Ad Management: Managing ads within GHL utilizing the GHL built in Ad Manager and/or Plai.
Onboarding: Interfacing with clients and ensuring they are properly onboarded and happy with their workflows.

Requirements:
GoHighLevel Experience: Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including campaign configuration and automation
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1 level or above)
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on precision and detail
Time Management: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Digital Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital marketing tools is a plus
Attention to Detail: We value candidates who notice subtle nuances—in our processes, even seemingly obscure references such as exactly 7 AP can be integral.
GoHighLevel Builder Proficiency: Working knowledge of CSS (and basic HTML) for minor design adjustments and troubleshooting within the GHL builders.
Automation Experience: Experience with integrating GHL and other apps using Make and Zapier.
Media Buying: Knowledge and some experience with ad management on Facebook and Google (other platforms are a bonus)
