Client Swoop is a dynamic company specializing in high-ticket sales solutions, optimizing sales processes and enhancing client communication through advanced CRM systems and marketing automation.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) and Technology Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly responsive, as response time to technical issues will be a key performance metric. They must also be a quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) to support our fast-paced operations. This role involves CRM management, marketing automation, funnel building, and software development (both front-end and back-end) to ensure seamless technical execution and sales process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel Setup & Management: Configure, customize, and maintain the GHL platform, including CRM setup, pipeline management, and dashboard creation.
Marketing Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows, campaigns, and sequences to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
Funnel Design & Optimization: Build, refine, and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and forms to maximize conversions.
Tech & Software Development: Work on both front-end and back-end development, troubleshooting and optimizing technical integrations to improve platform functionality.
Google Sheets & Excel Proficiency: Manage and manipulate large datasets, automate reports, and track KPIs efficiently.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, etc.) for improved workflow automation.
Rapid Issue Resolution: Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support with fast response times to minimize downtime.
Client & Team Support: Offer training and technical assistance to internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth adoption and operation of GHL features.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM and marketing automation.
Responsiveness: Ability to handle urgent technical issues promptly, especially during high-stakes sales periods.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, integration tools, funnel design, and website optimization.
Software Development Skills: Experience with front-end and back-end development to create, customize, and optimize digital assets.
Data Management: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with experience in data automation, reporting, and analytics.
Marketing Skills: Understanding of
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Weekend Availability: Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays to maintain system uptime and optimize marketing efforts.
Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical tea
Preferred Skills:
Experience with additional CRM platforms.
Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, and landing page optimization.
Knowledge of AI chatbots and conversational AI systems.
Understanding of API integrations and automation tools.
