Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Tech Expert to join our team. This role requires deep technical expertise to optimize complex workflows, advanced tracking systems, and integrations, fully leveraging GHL’s capabilities to enhance sales processes, create impactful funnels, manage communities, and deliver insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience managing large GHL accounts, and the ability to drive sales and marketing success through advanced automations and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and manage GHL funnels and landing pages to support business objectives.
* Proven expertise managing large-scale GHL accounts with 15+ live funnels.
* Advanced knowledge of workflow automation, including integrations with Zapier and other tools.
* Ability to debug and resolve
* Build and refine membership areas, including adding courses and crafting a user-friendly UX.
* Set up and manage community platforms within GHL, focusing on seamless user experiences.
* Overhaul and optimize sales conversation tracking within GHL to enhance efficiency and clarity. Including experience with ads conversion tracking for client-side (pages) and server-side (workflows) implementations.
* Create detailed reports and analysis on key metrics, including conversion rates and landing page performance.
* Ensure the sales team operates exclusively within GHL opportunities and appointments, streamlining processes for maximum effectiveness.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to solve issues, identify and implement improvements in workflows and tracking.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in using GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage sales, marketing, and community activities.
* Strong ability to design and execute automations, funnels, and landing pages.
* Experience with tracking and reporting sales conversations and marketing performance.
* Skilled in creating and managing membership and community platforms, including UX design.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills for generating actionable insights from sales and marketing data.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
* Familiarity with integrating additional tools to enhance GHL functionality.
