About AdGeek (UK):
We are an advertising agency that helps construction and home improvement businesses generate high-quality leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing. To streamline our operations and improve efficiency, we are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with high level expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL).

This role involves setting up and managing our GoHighLevel CRM, funnels, automations, email & SMS campaigns, as well as handling general administrative tasks to support our team.

???? This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to become full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities
???? GoHighLevel Setup & Management
? Set up and manage our entire GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM from scratch.
? Customize pipelines, workflows, and dashboards for seamless lead tracking.
? Ensure smooth integration with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms.

???? Funnels & Landing Pages
? Design, build, and optimize high-converting funnels and landing pages for lead generation.
? Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates.
? Integrate forms, surveys, and tracking pixels for better campaign performance.

???? Email & SMS Campaigns
? Set up automated email and SMS sequences for lead nurturing and client follow-ups.
? Write compelling email copy that engages leads and increases conversions.
? Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better engagement.

???? Appointments & Automations
? Set up an automated appointment booking system to streamline client scheduling.
? Create follow-up sequences to reduce no-shows and improve engagement.
? Automate reminders and notifications via email and SMS.

???? Marketing Automations & Workflows
? Develop automated workflows for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up.
? Implement abandoned cart recovery, upsell, and retargeting automations.
? Ensure all automations align with our sales and marketing goals.

???? General Virtual Assistant Tasks
? Email & Calendar Management – Respond to emails, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
? Client Communication – Manage basic inquiries, send follow-ups, and assist with onboarding.
? Data Entry & CRM Maintenance – Keep records up to date and ensure data accuracy.
? Research & Reporting – Conduct online research and prepare reports on marketing performance.
? Social Media Assistance – Help schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media activity.
? Administrative Support – Provide general support to the team as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
? Proven experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) – Setting up CRM, automations, and lead management.
? Strong expertise in funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
? Hands-on experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and CRM automation.
? Ability to create and manage appointment scheduling systems and automated follow-ups.
? Experience with Facebook & Google Ads integrations in GHL.
? Strong copywriting skills for email & SMS sequences.
? Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
? Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
? Experience as a Virtual Assistant – handling admin tasks, emails, and customer support.

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills
? Knowledge of Meta & Google Ads for smoother integrations.
? Familiarity with AI tools for automation & content generation.
