GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist

We are a client-centered website design and digital marketing agency that has recently begun offering our clients GoHighLevel (GHL) as a service. We’re seeking a skilled GHL expert to collaborate with our agency owner to build efficient processes and systems for this new offering. These processes must be organized and set up in Basecamp, our project management system, so they can be reused easily for future clients. This role involves setting up customer accounts, delivering the services they need within HighLevel, and providing ongoing support to meet client requirements.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working directly with American clients. Both written and spoken English must be at the highest level.

This position is part-time, as needed (10-20 hours per week) to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as we gain more clients.

We specialize in building WordPress websites using Elementor and integrating them with GoHighLevel. Experience with Elementor is a valuable bonus!

**Responsibilities:**
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- **Marketing Automation**: Streamlining workflows for efficiency.
- **Email Campaigns**: Designing and executing targeted campaigns.
- **Sales Funnel Creation**: Building and optimizing funnels for lead conversion.
- **Website & Landing Page Development**: Creating user-friendly and visually appealing pages.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Managing calendars and booking systems.
- **Funnel Builder**: Designing and refining customer journeys.
- **Pipeline & Opportunity Management**: Tracking leads and sales progress.
- **Lead Generation**: Including LinkedIn leads and B2C strategies.
- **Integration**: With tools like Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, domains, Zoom, and payment gateways.
- **Social Media Management**: Posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- **Memberships & Groups**: Setting up and managing private areas.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Tracking and actionable insights.
- **AI & Chat Integrations**: Leveraging tools like ChatGPT and Conversations AI.
- **Facebook Ads & Pixel Setup**: Optimizing ad campaigns and tracking.
- **Google Ads, SEO & Dashboard Customizations**: Enhancing visibility and reporting.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven expertise with GoHighLevel.
- Strong background in workflows, email automation, CRM management, and funnel creation.
- Analytical skills to measure and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality output.
