Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Call Automation – Utilize AI tools like VAPI.ai for efficient customer communication.
Process Automation – Design and deploy workflows using platforms like Make.com to streamline operations.
Lead Nurturing Campaigns – Leverage AI to craft high-quality email sequences and sales scripts that improve conversions.
Website & Funnel Creation – Build engaging websites and funnels with integrations for Eventbrite, Meetup, and other tools.
Voice & Chatbot Automation – Implement AI-powered voice assistants and chatbots to enhance customer experience.
CRM Optimization – Optimize GoHighLevel CRM for maximum lead management efficiency.
Third-Party Integrations – Ensure seamless integrations with payment gateways, calendar tools, and marketing platforms.
Client Journey Automation – Design client onboarding flows, appointment automations, and follow-up sequences using AI
Create & manage high converting paid advertising campaigns across multiple media platforms
Cold calling to potential prospects

Requirements:
Previous work experience in Healthcare & Real Estate ca
Minimum 2 years of Proven experience with GoHighLevel and certified GHL expert is preferred
Familiarity with AI automation tools like VAPI.ai, ChatGPT, and other Voice AI tools
Expertise in process automation platforms like Make.com or Zapier.
Experience with funnel creation, CRM integrations, and website development.
Strong understanding of customer engagement workflows and lead nurturing best practices.
