### **Job Overview:**
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our **GoHighLevel automations** and **customer service** for our private car rental business. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM workflows while providing top-tier support to our clients.
### **Responsibilities:**
#### **GoHighLevel Automation Tasks:**
- Set up and maintain **automated workflows** for bookings, payments, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Implement **late fee alerts** and **drop-off reminders** for rentals.
- Optimize **client onboarding processes** and referral systems.
- Integrate and manage CRM pipelines to track bookings and client interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within GoHighLevel.
#### **Customer Service Tasks:**
- Respond to **inquiries, booking requests, and support tickets** in a timely manner.
- Handle **rental extensions, late payments, and deposit refunds.**
- Provide **clear communication** regarding policies, fees, and due dates.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and issue resolution.
- Manage and update client records in GoHighLevel.
### **Requirements:**
- **Experience with GoHighLevel** (automation setup, CRM management, workflows).
- **Strong customer service skills** (professional and clear communication).
- Ability to **work independently** and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to use **ChatGPT** or research before asking questions.
- Excellent **English proficiency** (both written and spoken).
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in **car rental, real estate, or a service-based business**.
- Experience handling **invoices, contracts, and automated reminders**.
- Ability to **set up referral systems and marketing automations**.
